Our Team

Jacob practices predominantly in the areas of wills and estates and commercial law, with focus areas including estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, commercial leasing, business sales and purchases, franchising, and advising self-managed super funds on a range of legal and compliance matters.

An experienced member of the Gold Coast legal industry, Jacob was first employed as an Articled Clerk in 2004, before being admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2006.  Since then, Jacob has worked in a variety of roles in legal practice and legal education in the greater Gold Coast area. 

This background assists Jacob to practice law with a client focused approach, provide clear and easy to understand explanations of complex legal concepts and matters to clients, and to work effectively with the wider Crest advisory team as well as colleagues and referral partners in law, accounting, financial planning, and business to achieve practical legal solutions for clients.
